By participating in this survey, you agree to the following:
This survey is organised by Cardano Stiftung (Cardano Foundation), which is responsible for the processing of personal data in connection with the survey. Please read carefully before publishing your answers.
We collect the answers you submit and process certain technical information necessary to operate the survey, as described below. We do not ask for your name or email address. Until you submit them, your answers stay in your browser.
Your answers, and when they were published, are public on the Cardano blockchain. Although we do not ask you to identify yourself, your answers and associated blockchain information may allow you to be identified. For example, a text answer, such as a project link, or your answers taken together can be enough to recognise you. If you pay the transaction fee with your own wallet, your response is also linked to that wallet.
Given the public and permanent nature of blockchain records, please carefully consider the information you include in your responses.
Our server keeps a record of the responses it helps publish, which are public anyway. Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address, to operate and secure the survey, and keeps our server's logs for a few days at most. Before publishing, Vercel BotID, powered by Kasada, reads signals from your browser to check that you are not a robot. We use no analytics.
When the survey closes, the responses are read from the blockchain and processed into a public report, like those of 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The dataset and the code that builds it are public on GitHub.
To the extent that personal data is processed in connection with the survey, we do so in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where the GDPR applies, rely on our legitimate interests in conducting the survey and publishing its results under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable data protection laws. For further information about how we process personal data, your rights and how to exercise them, please see the Cardano Foundation Privacy Policy or contact us at privacy@cardanofoundation.org.
By publishing your answers, you acknowledge that your answers will be publicly and permanently recorded on the Cardano blockchain and processed as described in these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy above.
